Rigid, high resolution materials.
Processed in the PolyJet systems, Vero Plus materials have good overall properties. Extremely high-resolution layer slice (0.0006"), the models have smooth contour surfaces and the appearance of production parts, with very little post-processing.
Rigid PolyJet parts are great for producing accurate, high resolution small and medium prototypes, with fine features and detail. Parts as small as 0.0125" can be produced. Ideal for accurate; visual and conceptual models. Parts created with the PolyJet process can be sanded primed and painted for presentation or used as RTV mold masters.
Superior flexibility and tear-resistance
Agilus30 is a PolyJet Photopolymer with superior tear-resistance, capable of withstanding repeated flexing and bending. The ideal material for rapid prototyping and design validation, this rubber-like material simulates the look, feel and function of rubber-like products. Available in Black and Semi-Transparent
High impact strength with high-temperature resistance and superior finish.
Digital ABS Plus simulates standard ABS plastics by combining high-temperature resistance with toughness. Suitable for parts that require PolyJet technology’s highest possible impact resistance, Digital ABS Plus improves the mechanical and thermal performance of parts and prototypes for design verification and functional performance testing. Available in ABS-like Green and ABS-like Ivory
